Customer Information Form

I have created an online version of my customer information form.
This is used to gather all of the contact information, and the address that I will mail a completed cd/dvd to. This form has fillable fields so you can type in the information and then print it out. If you happen to have Adobe Acrobat Pro (that lets you create PDFs) you could also save it and email it back to me.
It isn't necessary to do so, but it does make the form very clear for me to read. And, you can save some time at the shoot.
Form is located here.

Revised Pricing

New pricing and packages are effective as of Dec 1st, 2009.
I have reworked my packages to give additional flexibility and options.
Overall pricing is pretty much the same -- Very reasonable :)
Pricing flyer is available here,
and
A printable version, that also has a cost worksheet is available here.

Budget (Discount) Wedding Photographer

Are you looking for a Budget (Discount) Wedding Photographer?
I am starting to offer Wedding Photography services and will be initially offering highly discounted pricing to the first bookings. I do not have an official wedding portfolio of images to show (yet), but please see my main gallery for other work that I have done:
Events - "Capturing the moment",
Mini Portfolio,
and feel free to browse the rest of my gallery.

The package will be as follows:
* $600 for 6 hours of coverage.
* 100% Money-back guarantee (at proof stage).
* As many images as possible, approximately 300-500 (or more).
* A 'Photo Cd/DVD' is included at no charge. This will include all of the images in full (high) resolution. Basically, the digital 'negatives' that you may use to make prints (up to 16x20").
* 'Printing Rights' included.
* Web Photo Gallery hosted for LIFE.
* The bride receives free basic retouching on any images that she is in.
* Additional retouching is $10 an image (portraits).
* Complex retouching is $60/hour
* My style is a mix of Journalistic and Traditional - Capturing the important moments, but also providing high quality portraits (posed).
* a $200 deposit secures the date, and then the remainder will be due at least one week prior to the wedding.
* Engagement photos or Glamour Session are available at an additional cost.
See my standard pricing information HERE.
* Prints and specialty products may be ordered online through my website.
* One photo sheet = $5 (This could be qty one: 8x10 or two 5x7's)
Compare THAT to $15-25 on average with other photographers.
These are REAL photographic paper, NOT inket, giclee, or dye-sub.
(NOTE: Prints do not have to be pre-paid)
* Serving the Waukesha / Milwaukee, WI metropolitan area.

New 'About-Me' section.

Finished re-writing my 'About-Me' section. I am hoping that this provides a bit more information about my services and points my perspective clients in the right direction. Questions are always welcome, but this should give some quick answers:

Hello, my name is Ron - owner/photographer for Zon Photography. I have loved photography since I was young, and have always loved capturing just that right moment. Over more recent years I have been able to hone my skills and have upgraded to professional quality equipment. I then moved to providing professional quality services for the last 4-5 years.

I am primarily a PORTRAIT photographer - specializing in people photography. It is great being able to make someone look their absolute best and then provide a high quality product that they will not just 'like', but LOVE forever. That is my promise, and my work is 100% guaranteed.

My pricing is VERY competitive, and one thing that most photographers do not offer, is FULL RESOLUTION Digital Images at no additional charge. These are basically the digital 'negatives' that you can use to make prints - up to 16x20 inches. Be weary of other studios that might have a cheap or even free 'sitting fee', but then charge $120 or more for a 'photo cd'. NOTE: The full rez images do not have any watermarks, but I do also include web-sized images (for myspace, facebook, etc) that will have a watermark. I still, of course, own the copyrights to all images (as with any photographer), but you will have 'printing rights.' These images will be provided on a cd/dvd or may be downloaded directly from my website. Your images will also remain in a gallery on my website for LIFE, so you can easily share with friends and family. The gallery may be password protected, if you wish.

Enhancements to the finalized images are FREE. You may choose from Standard B&W, Sepia, Vignette, Glamour Glow, DouTone, Solarize, Film Effects and Skin Softening. These are produced as additional images, so you still have the original images included in the package (typically either 6 or 12).

Prints and specialty products are available direct from my website, as well. I have very low print prices: 8x10's are $5, and smaller sizes - even less. (compare that to the average of $15-25 for a 'portrait sheet' at most studios). Please note: These are produced by a PRO PHOTO LAB, and are on real photographically exposed paper. The prints are NOT produced by a cheap inkjet or dye-sub (instant) printer. Each image is manually adjusted by a pro lab technician, not an automatic adjustment done by a machine.

Please see the links above for more info, such as PRICING and my GALLERY.

New Portfolios

Almost done re-organizing my gallery: I have now separated my 'mini portfolios' into two separate groups:

Mini Portfolio - Family Safe

and

Mini Portfolio - Models / Glamour (Mature Content, 18+)

Hopefully this will better showcase my work, and separate content so that younger viewers do not see things they shouldn't if viewing with mommy and daddy.... :)
These two 'Mini Portfolios' show what I believe is my best work, and keeps it all in one spot so that you can get a quick overview of what I have done - without having to go through tons of galleries.

Nobel Prizes

Yeah, the inventors of the CCD have finally been awarded a Nobel prize!!! Only took 40 years. Without this incredible invention... NO digital cameras. Argh, what would our world be like :)
More info here.

They had actually worked very hard and earned the prize, unlike someone else,
MY opinion....

Fixed Pricing PDF

Quick update to my pricing pdf...
Found out that there were some minor incompatibilities with some browser setups,
including the Iphone and Ipod touches.

I used Microsoft Office Word 2007 to create the original DOCX file, then saved to a PDF.
It was creating errors with Firefox on my computer, and on the Ipod/Iphones it made a bunch of thin white lines. So.... I found out that if I saved the DOCX file as the 2000-2003 DOC version first, and then exported to PDF, all the issues are fixed. Yippie !! :)

Here is my current pricing and basic info
