I'm not real happy with the black 'Seamless-Paper' backdrop I used here. Its too shiny and not very consistent.... I will stick with the fabric type, instead :)

I really miss all of my friends and family back in Wisconsin...
Soooo, everytime I come 'up', I try to squeeze in as much as possible.
This weekend was my nieces birthday and my buds - CHOOGY played at the Waukesha County Fair. They KICKED-BUTT, of course.

Fireworks are great.
Wasn't in a great spot here - there was a tree partially in the way...
but, oh well. The fireworks were cool. And this spot is really beautiful.

Went to check out Creve Coeur Lake today...
Turned out to be a beautiful day.
Its not a lake thats good for swimming (pretty dirty water), but there are some great photo opportunities there.

Little Brother Gets Married !!

Well, my younger brother got hitched !!

New Kitty ! Huh ?

Well, I came home to a surprise today...
Amy rescued a kitty from what could have been a rough life, or at least thats what she was told.
Now, I think, she just wanted another kitty because she wanted it !
She says: "Oh, it will keep the other kitty happy, someone to play with...."
Ya, sure. Its still ANOTHER KITTY.
Btw, this actually makes THREE KITTIES !
We are THAT close to being the old lady locked up in her house with 100 cats.
Ha ! Just kidding.
He is kinda cute ---ok, now all say: Awwwwwwwwwww

New Glasses

Oh boy... I received my first pair of glasses today. Not quite sure if I like them or not....
My eyes aren't that bad, just a minor astigmatism, but being a photographer... I think that my eyesight should be as perfect as possible :) And WOW, I don't know if my eyes were always like this, but I definitely enjoy seeing every little detail now. I am noticing little things that I have never seen before. I know, I know, sounds cheesy... but its true. HaHA.
